About the Role

We’re seeking a Risk Control Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of our risk control products. You’ll combine deep risk insight with business needs to design, build, and optimize intelligent risk systems that protect the business and enable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Planning: Identify risk control needs across business scenarios. Align with company strategy to define product roadmaps, iteration goals, and standards.
• Product Design & Delivery: Lead design and implementation of risk control products. Drive cross-functional collaboration with tech, data, and operations to ensure on-time, high-quality launches.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor product performance, analyze data to assess effectiveness, and refine risk strategies to strengthen prevention and detection.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business, compliance, and technical teams to embed risk control solutions and ensure seamless adoption.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years in risk control product design within fintech, payments, or crypto. Proven track record leading end-to-end product launches and hands-on knowledge of risk strategies, models, and decision engines.
