Role : Retail Store Manager - FMCG

Location : Dubai

We are partnering with a global retail group seeking a Retail Store Manager - FMCG to lead retail stores in the UAE. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, profitability, and brand excellence, with strong commercial acumen, P&L ownership, and proven experience in sales planning, merchandising, and marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-line and bottom-line performance through effective business planning.
  • Lead vendor and landlord negotiations to secure agreements and optimize margins.
  • Oversee Relay store operations, sales forecasting, merchandising, and marketing execution.
  • Ensure compliance with Relay’s brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience excellence.
  • Manage inventory, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
  • Lead, train, and develop a multi-store team while driving performance against KPIs.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of work experience in retail operations, brand, or business management (preferably in FMCG, convenience, or travel retail).
  • Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end business plans.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in P&L ownership and sales forecasting.
  • Experience in marketing, branding, and promotional strategies.
  • Open to travel and flexible to work on weekends when required.
