Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Bomb Cosmetics, Dubai Mall. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cosmetics, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and confident in driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa).

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets through proactive selling.
• Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and inquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

Product Knowledge

• Develop strong knowledge of Bomb Cosmetics products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
• Stay updated on new launches, promotions, and industry trends.

Store Operations

• Maintain store visual standards through proper merchandising and cleanliness.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock monitoring.

Administrative Duties

• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (cosmetics/beauty preferred).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales ability with upselling experience.
• Excellent communication skills in a professional and friendly manner.
