Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1300 AED/month

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations and ensuring our high standards of customer service are consistently delivered.

The primary duties and responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager include, but are not limited to:
• Developing and implementing effective restaurant operational strategies;
• Creating an environment that fosters teamwork and cooperation between staff members;
• Overseeing inventory management, ordering, and maintenance of stock levels;
• Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, and conducting regular performance reviews;
• Maintaining accurate financial records, including budgeting and forecasting;
• Ensuring compliance with food safety laws and regulations;
• Building relationships with customers to ensure repeat business;
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of hospitality industry practices, a proven track record in leading teams, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), the ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems (POS), and the ability to work flexible hours. Previous experience in restaurant management is required. We are open to considering foreigners for this position.
