Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests with a warm, friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant
• Manage reservation bookings efficiently and accommodate guests promptly
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure an exceptional dining service
• Provide information on menu items, specials and other inquiries from guests
• Assist in seating arrangements to optimize customer satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and offer resolutions
• Maintain a polished and tidy reception area

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Hostess in a luxury dining environment is preferred
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting
