We are employing a shopkeeper with 5 years of UAE experience in the vehicle field.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of all store operations activities, including receiving products and tools, distribution, working with supply, documenting shop deals, preserving records, and overseeing the storage of scrap inventory.
- Receive all inbound materials and coordinate with purchase orders.
- Check all inbound materials for damages, scratches, or disparities, and keep management informed.
- Ensure proper storage and release of materials, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Keep updated stock and inventory records, including the quantity and types of products and tools.
- Address questions regarding procedures and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and deliveries.
- Initiate material requests in coordination with the production team and supply balance.
- Maintain an organized store/warehouse and documentation location.
- Ensure products are stored to prevent damages or wastage.
- Knowledge of and experience with SAGE EVOLUTION software, computer and database management, and understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
- Automobile industry experience in SAGE EVOLUTION: 2 years (Required)
Job Details:
