Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is the first of Hilton's luxury portfolio to operate in the capital of the United Arab Emirates. Position Summary

A Reservations Agent will serve as the main contact for room reservations at the hotel and must provide excellent service to influence guests' decisions to stay at the property.

What will I be doing

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for room reservations, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and solutions to meet guest and customer needs. Your tasks will include:

• Converting inquiries into confirmed bookings swiftly
• Responding positively to sales inquiries to develop future leads
• Identifying potential sales opportunities
• Responding professionally to all customers, ensuring reservations meet guest expectations
• Providing prompt and efficient service while maintaining hotel brand standards
