• General knowledge of ADIB's Institutional & Retail Banking products & services.
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices regulations & risks.
• Good understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process teller service transactions accurately via ITM Machine.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and handle inquiries professionally.
• Cross-sell bank products to qualifying customers.
