Job summary

A leading oil and gas service company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reliability Specialist to perform detailed reliability analysis and lead RCM sessions. Candidates should be engineering graduates with over 10 years of experience in reliability and RCM methodologies. The role requires a solid understanding of RCM and RAM principles, as well as the ability to manage detailed documentation and team facilitation effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Reliability/RCM/RAM analysis, mainly in Oil & Gas and Power Industries.
  • Solid understanding of RCM principles and ability to translate them.
  • Well versed in RAM modelling and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Reliability analysis and familiar with Failure data analysis.
  • Lead RCM analysis sessions guiding a team through standardized RCM methodology.
  • Ensure proper application of RCM and maintain documentation accuracy.
  • Oversee efficient analysis during review sessions to meet timelines.

  • Lead RCM analysis sessions: This involves guiding a team of professionals (often lacking in-depth knowledge of the specific equipment being reviewed) through the standardized RCM methodology.
  • Ensure proper application of RCM: Facilitators ask the prescribed RCM questions, ensuring everyone understands them and guiding the team towards reaching consensus-based answers.
  • Maintain documentation accuracy: Meticulously complete all paperwork associated with the RCM review process.
  • Oversee efficient analysis: Keep the review meetings focused and progressing at a steady pace to ensure the analysis is completed within the allotted timeframe.
