A leading brokerage firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager Forex. This role involves educating potential customers about products, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of FX sales experience in a brokerage setting, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, along with GCC work experience. This is a fulltime position with no remote work option.

As a Relationship Manager Forex your tasks will include :

• Contacting educating informing and selling potential customers the companys products services and special offers.
• Building and improving relationships with customers and partners.
• Building and managing the sales pipeline.
• Collaborating with customer service back office compliance and other internal departments to ensure company meets clients expectations.
• Following the companys strategies to reach sales goals.
• Presenting monthly sales reports to managers.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Using internal sales management and other necessary software needed in the daily business tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in FX sales within a brokerage firm.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in business finance marketing or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge in margin trading products retail FX solutions and institutional business.
• Native Arabic speaking and Fluent in English is a must.
• GCC work experience
