Job Title: Relationship Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and client-oriented Relationship Manager to manage and nurture relationships with both new and existing property buyers, investors, and key partners. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales cycle from initial inquiry to handover. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to manage high-value client portfolios effectively.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the property selection, sales, and post-sale processes.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage client portfolios to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to explore upselling, cross-selling, or referral opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Address client queries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Sales & Business Development: Conduct property presentations, site tours, and investment consultations.
- Sales & Business Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Sales & Business Development: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current projects, payment plans, and market trends.
- Sales & Business Development: Negotiate offers and finalize deals in alignment with company policies and pricing strategies.
- After-Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the CRM, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth contract execution, payments, and handover.
- After-Sales Coordination: Support clients through documentation, SPA signing, and registration processes.
- After-Sales Coordination: Provide ongoing updates on project progress, delivery timelines, and milestones.
- After-Sales Coordination: Ensure high standards of client care post-sale to reinforce trust and brand loyalty.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in client relations, sales, or account management within the real estate or property development sector.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales or relationship management targets.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- Highly professional, well-presented, and customer-focused.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Work Environment
- Based in Dubai, UAE.
- Office-based with frequent client meetings, site visits, and participation in exhibitions or events.
- Reports to the Sales Manager / Head of Sales.
- Performance measured on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation.
