What you’ll do

You’ll be working with our Relationship Management teams who support individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and investors around the world. Your role? You’ll beിരിക്കുന്നത് learning how to support them to grow and protect their wealth by understanding their unique needs and recommending the right financial solutions at the right time.

Here’s what you’ll get involved in:

  • Work with different teams to understand how they support our customers with everything from everyday banking to long‑term financial planning.
  • See how we meet customer needs through a blend of digital platforms and solutions, branches and contact centres.
  • Gain an understanding of our product suite – from current accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, to savings, investments, insurance and wealth management, including how we design and market them, and see how we protect the interests of our customers at all times.
  • Experience how being at the forefront of new technology is crucial to delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Work with our digital tools and understand how we track conversations, manage LABEL relationships, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Learn how to build deep relationships with customers to understand their lives, needs, and goals, and use data and insights to suggest the best products and services for them.
  • Understand how different laws and regulations affect our international clients – and how we get it right every time.
What you’ll learn

We’ll kick things off with structured training to get you up to speed, after that you’ll be learning on the job, developing as you go through real, meaningful work. You’ll have the opportunity to take on strategic projects and pursue post‑programme placements aligned to your personal aspirations.
