Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a qualified nurse to deliver patient-centric care and collaborate with multi-professional teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least five years of experience in emergency care, with UAE experience preferred. Strong communication skills in English and basic Arabic are essential. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a learning environment while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of nursing experience in own country.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a hospital Accident and Emergency unit managing high-acuity cases.
  • UAE experience is beneficial.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  • Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
  • Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
  • Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
  • Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees
REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

valid BLS , ACLS and PALS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least two years in own country

Desired: A minimum of five years’ recent experience working in a hospital Accident and Emergency unit, managing trauma, polytrauma, and other high-acuity (red) cases

Desired:UAE experience would be beneficial

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Basic Arabic language skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
