Overview

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients by assessing their health needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing treatments with the highest standards of professionalism and compassion.

Your role will involve closely monitoring patient progress, administering medications, and educating patients and families about treatment plans and health management. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
  • Document all patient interactions and care provided in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment while adhering to infection control protocols.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for new graduates.
