Key Responsibilities

  • Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and recovery.

  • Ensure adherence to all hospital, state, and national healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of infection.
  • Report any changes in patient condition to the attending physician or healthcare team.
Patient Advocacy
  • Advocate for patients' rights and well-being, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families during treatment and recovery.
Professional Development
  • Stay current with nursing practices and healthcare trends through continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications
Education
