Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in landscape architecture, particularly in senior leadership roles in the Middle East.
• Proven portfolio in large-scale landscape/public realm projects.
• Strong commercial acumen, P&L experience, and business development capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional strategy, market growth, and P&L performance for the Landscape Architecture division.
• Champion design excellence, sustainability, and innovation across all project stages.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of landscape architects.
• Strengthen collaboration with Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, Engineering, and Environmental teams.
• Oversee project delivery, resource planning, design quality, and risk management.
• Engage with clients, government bodies, and industry stakeholders to secure and deliver major projects.
