A leading global beauty company is seeking an experienced Regional eCommerce Manager for the MEA region. This role focuses on driving growth strategies and optimizing digital performance across key platforms. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of eCommerce experience, ideally in beauty or FMCG, and strong commercial negotiation skills. You will work closely with internal teams and ensure strategic partnerships with e-retailers, all while leveraging data to optimize growth opportunities. As our Regional eCommerce Manager MEA you are responsible for growth strategy and performance.

You will lead Cotys eCommerce agenda across the Middle East and Africa by building data-driven Joint Business Plans and scaling our online footprint across key platforms. Youll manage retailer partnerships lead commercial negotiations optimize assortment and promotional strategies and unlock new business opportunities in a dynamic and competitive market.

Your main focus:
Grow key online partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leading e-retailers and platforms in MEA
  • Organize and lead top‑to‑top (T2T) meetings aligning on strategic and tactical plans
  • Negotiate win‑win Joint Business Plans that drive growth for Coty and its partners
  • Champion Cotys presence across eCommerce channels ensuring premium brand visibility
Lead data‑driven commercial planning
  • Utilize traffic and sales data to reverse‑engineer performance and optimize strategy
  • Analyze promotional effectiveness and create impactful campaign plans
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust in real‑time to maximize ROI
  • Drive efficiency through effective trade term enforcement and budget allocation
Expand Cotys eCommerce footprint
  • Identify and onboard new eCommerce platforms in MEA
  • Conduct regular market scans to evaluate emerging trends and competitor strategies
  • Explore underdeveloped markets or segments for scalable opportunities
  • Develop tailored market‑entry strategies for new platform growth
Optimize digital execution and performance
  • Own the Platform Master Plan and campaign calendar
  • Forecast and track key performance indicators including revenue traffic and event ROI
  • Ensure consistent flawless execution of campaigns and brand activations
  • Partner with internal teams to align on stock availability creative assets and go‑to‑market timelines
Enable cross‑functional collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing Trade Demand Planning Finance and Customer Service teams
  • Coordinate execution across multiple stakeholders ensuring alignment and timeliness
  • Share insights and best practices across the region to raise Cotys eCommerce maturity
  • Represent MEA in global or regional forums sharing market‑specific learnings

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to turn insights into action and ideas into results. As an experienced eCommerce professional you bring both strategic thinking and operational execution to the table and you get energy from working in a fast‑paced diverse and international environment. Other than that you:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of eCommerce experience ideally in beauty FMCG or lifestyle.
  • Arabic speaking is a must
  • Bring a proven track record in the MEA region with hands‑on experience in the Egyptian market
  • Are data‑savvy and analytical using tools and insights to drive your business decisions
  • Possess strong commercial acumen and know how to build persuasive business cases
  • Thrive under pressure managing multiple projects and delivering against KPIs
