Responsibilities:
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and business goals.
  • Source attract and identify top talent for various roles across multiple industries.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for client requirements.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to reach potential candidates and enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide clients with market insights and advice on talent acquisition and recruitment trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and fees with clients to close recruitment deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and candidate information in the CRM system.
  • Participate in recruitment fairs and networking events to attract new clients and candidates.
