The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in closing transactions. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of 15-20 agents
• Set and monitor sales targets for each agent
• Provide hands-on coaching in sales techniques, negotiation, and market-specific strategies for the resale sector/off-plan sector.
• Assist agents in closing transactions, handling client objections, and optimizing deal structures.
• Keep the team updated on market trends, pricing shifts, and competitive insights.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through professionalism and top-tier service.
• Report performance metrics and sales updates to senior management.

Requirement's:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market.
• Strong track record in closing resale property/off-plan transactions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• RERA certification.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Personal car and Dubai driving license.
• Have strong proficiency in English.
