Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector across Sharjah and surrounding areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders to generate leads and close deals.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions to enhance company visibility and professional connections.
