Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Female Real Estate Agent to join a well-established real estate company in Dubai. The role focuses on selling both off-plan and ready properties while delivering a high standard of client service and building long-term investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell off-plan and ready residential properties across Dubai
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Manage leads, client enquiries, negotiations and deal closures
• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and investors
• Network with clients, developers and industry professionals
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and property portals
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
• Strong sales negotiation and closing skills
• Professional communication and client-handling abilities
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities, developers and pricing
• Experience using CRM systems and real estate platforms
• High level of commitment and professionalism
• UAE driving licence is preferred
