Youwill be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions within the commercial sector, including office spaces, retail properties, industrial units, and land parcels. The ideal candidate will act as intermediary between property owners, developers, investors, and tenants, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions that meet the needs of all parties involved.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2-5 yrs experienceas a commercial real estate agent or broker, with a strong track record of successful transactions in the UAE.
• Deep knowledge of the commercial real estate market in Dubai, including current trends, property values, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM software, databases, and other relevant tools.
• Valid real estate license issued by the Dubai Land Department (RERA).
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi may be advantageous).
