Job Title: Radiology Technologist (Radio Technologist)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment such as X-ray CT MRI and ultrasound machines as per required procedures.
- Prepare and position patients properly to ensure accurate imaging and minimize radiation exposure.
- Follow established radiation safety and infection control protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to obtain clear and precise diagnostic images.
- Maintain detailed patient records and imaging documentation in compliance with hospital standards.
- Monitor and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Assist in training and guiding junior staff or interns when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and compassionate care for all patients.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Radiologic Technology or related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional license or certification as a Radiology Technologist.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic center.
- Strong knowledge of medical imaging procedures and radiation safety practices.
- Proficiency in using radiology information systems (RIS) and picture archiving systems (PACS).
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
