The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, and proficiency in relevant software tools. This role involves preparing competitive bids, analyzing costs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Min. 8-10 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor.
• Understanding of 3D modeling will be added value for the position.
• Experience in EPC Oil & Gas is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation for oil & gas projects.
• Analyze project specifications, scope, and contract terms for bid preparation.
• Evaluate supplier & subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
• Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities.
• Assist in contract negotiations, bid clarifications, and final submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to optimize bid strategies.
