Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects in Dubai. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered approved budgets while maintaining quality, timelines, and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) for construction projects.
  • Monitor project costs and control expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate tenders, quotations, and contracts from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.
  • Track variations, claims, and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and site teams.
  • Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project expenditure.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate cost records, reports, and financial forecasts.
