We are seeking an experienced Quality Control and Compliance Manager to join our Quality Department and support the Chief Quality and Training Officer. The role involves monitoring compliance across the organization, conducting internal audits for DOH and ISO standards, and ensuring readiness for JCIA accreditation. The manager will also be responsible for preparing compliance and quality reports, analyzing audit findings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be CPHQ certified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Abu Dhabi healthcare industry, including hands‑on involvement with JAWDA/TASNEEF audits, ISO standards, and JCIA requirements. Strong knowledge of DOH standards, policies, and guidelines is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and ensure that compliance and quality objectives are consistently met.
