Responsibilities
- Manage project budget preparation, cost estimation, and settlement processes while overseeing overall cost control.
- Handle bid proposals, client contract negotiations/execution, and downstream subcontracting—including labor tendering and cost oversight.
- Monitor market pricing for labor, materials, and equipment, with regular reporting on dynamic cost fluctuations.
- Prepare business reports and funding plans; coordinate visa applications, claims processing, and upstream/downstream settlements.
- Collaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams, and fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering Cost Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction industry cost management or settlement (Middle East experience strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in budgeting, settlement procedures, and business reporting; ability to prepare financial documents in English.
- Advanced skills in Excel, ERP systems, and relevant financial software.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Mandarin; demonstrated teamwork capabilities.
