Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Ensure QHSE management system processes are implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 across the organization.
  • Develop, update, and manage QHSE manuals, procedures, formats, and other documented information.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits and report findings.
  • Identify and report nonconformities and potential nonconformities through NCRs.
  • Collect and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and register complaints and nonconformities.
  • Support root cause analysis and coordinate correction, corrective and preventive actions with concerned departments.
  • Assist in certification, renewal, and recertification audits in coordination with certifying bodies.
  • Collaborate with other functions to ensure smooth execution of external and client audits.
  • Prepare monthly QHSE performance reports and evaluate system effectiveness using KPIs.
  • Conduct internal QHSE training sessions in line with the annual training schedule.
  • Assist in preparing for Management Review Meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Group QHSSE Manager.
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree, Internal QHSEMS Auditors & NEBOSH Certification

Experience:

2-3 years relevant experience in an administrative role with knowledge of QHSE management system requirements

Languages:

Fluency in English is essential and Arabic is preferred

Software:

Proficient in MS Office

Required:

UAE Valid Driving License
