Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of relevant experience, encompassing team leadership and compliance with UAE regulations. Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in QA/QC within FMCG or high-risk food manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a QA Manager role.
• Experience handling regulatory inspections and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and international standards.
• Develop, implement, and update quality policies, SOPs, and documentation.
• Lead and mentor the QA team.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement CAPA.
