Who can support procurement operations by coordinating sourcing purchase orders inventory and documentation to ensure timely and costeffective procurement in compliance with company policies

Location Dubai UAE

Key Responsibilities
  • Source materials
  • Prepare RFQs
  • Compare quotations and raise LPOs
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and issue resolution
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning
  • Assist in cost control and cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure quality ISO and policy compliance
  • Maintain procurement documentation and prepare basic reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments and support audits
Qualifications
  • Experience Diploma Bachelor s degree
  • 3 4 years of purchasing procurement experience in a group of companies in the UAE
  • Experience in the automotive accessories sector is an added advantage

Skills Knowledge MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Basic knowledge of ERP systems Syspro Dynamics and ISO standards
