Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager – Media Communication to lead media strategies, public relations, and campaign execution within the Department. This role requires a strategic communicator who can develop press releases, media content, engagement plans, and strategic messaging to support high-level initiatives. The ideal candidate specializes in copywriting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Editing
  • Develop, edit, and proofread high-quality content across multiple platforms, including print, digital, and social media, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Write, edit, and oversee the production of press releases, articles, and media advertisements.
  • Review and approve content for publication, ensuring it adheres to the highest editorial standards, aligns with the brand voice, and meets legal and ethical requirements.
  • Craft key messages, talking points, and official remarks for His Excellency.
  • Ensure all external communications align with the department’s vision and strategic goals.
  • Editorial Oversight
  • Take responsibility for editorial content across all media channels, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of media content across platforms, using insights to guide future editorial decisions and improve content strategy.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Around 8 to 12 years of experience in communication.
  • 3+ years' of copy writing experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, Advertising, Journalism, Media Communications, etc.
