What you'll be doing

This role is responsible for driving the execution, orchestration, and delivery of high-impact JV enablement initiatives across Chalhoub Group's Joint Venture portfolio.

You will support in translating strategy, operating model direction, and leadership intent into disciplined programs, structured delivery, and measurable outcomes.

The role partners closely with Group functions, JV leadership teams and Brand teams both locally and globally to ensure JVs are onboarded, integrated, and evolved with pace, clarity, and consistency - while respecting brand individuality.

Accountabilities
  • Support end-to-end delivery of JV enablement projects (new JV onboarding, operating model rollout, transformations, and major change initiatives).
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable project plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Act as a change agent to support, create and review RACI models, proposing enhancements and recommendations that drive stronger pace and efficiencies for our JV Partners.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, critical paths, timelines and regular reporting, ensuring all cross-function elements are executed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Support in providing regular leadership reports.
  • Identify execution gaps, bottlenecks, project risks and inefficiencies; propose and implement pragmatic solutions.
  • Own the creation, maintenance, and version control of project documentation, standard templates, and reporting cadence.
  • Support post-implementation reviews and embed learnings across the JV portfolio.
  • Manage all logistics for high-impact touchpoints such as quarterly GM forums, culture events, and best-practice exchanges.
  • Co-create the annual communication plan with VP for our JV value proposition including JV management leadership communications, post event communications, event management and brand communications.
  • Develop core brand communication toolkits and templates to enable consistent and aligned messaging across all JV touchpoints.
  • Act as a central coordination point across Group functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Tech, Ops, Real Estate).
Stakeholder management
  • Establish good working relationships with local brand teams and selected HQ team members.
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with Group functional leads and team members (build, maintain and nurture these).
  • Act as an ambassador of Chalhoub's services.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Extensive experience in project/program management, business enablement, or transformation roles.
  • Strong exposure to complex, matrixed environments; JV, retail, or partnership models preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver through influence rather than authority.
  • Solid grounding in governance, operating models, and change management.
  • Highly structured, outcome-focused, and comfortable operating at fast pace.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Proven experience in project management.
