PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized, commercially minded Project Manager – Entertainment & Events to support the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale entertainment and live event projects. This role requires a strong background in live events, entertainment and hospitality‑driven experiences (non‑hotel, preferably agency or corporate background), exceptional project and logistics management skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex, fast‑paced environments.
The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and strategic—capable of translating creative concepts into executable plans while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and brand standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Management
- Support the GM in overseeing end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of entertainment and live event projects
- Lead project timelines, workplans, budgets, and workflows from concept through post‑event delivery and on‑site execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure seamless execution
- Identify project risks early and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans
Concept Development & Event Preparation
- Support the conceptualization of entertainment and event initiatives in line with commercial and brand objectives
- Prepare clear and comprehensive event briefs, scopes of work, and execution documents for internal and external teams
- Plan, prepare, and contribute to presentation decks for internal approvals, partners, and stakeholders
Event Execution & Logistics
- Manage complex event logistics, including production, suppliers, vendors, staffing, schedules, permits, and on‑site operations
- Oversee on‑site execution to ensure smooth delivery and rapid issue resolution
- Ensure all events meet brand, safety, and quality standards
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Liaise internally with cross‑functional teams including marketing, operations, finance, legal, and commercial teams
- Coordinate externally with vendors, agencies, production partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders
- Support partnership development, sponsorship activations, and brand collaborations linked to events and entertainment initiatives
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders in the absence of senior leadership when required
Commercial & Financial Oversight
- Contribute to commercial planning, budgeting, cost control, and revenue‑focused decision‑making
- Track budgets and expenses, ensuring financial discipline and value creation across all projects
- Support post‑event reporting, evaluations, and recommendations for future improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in entertainment, live events, experiential projects, or hospitality‑driven environments
- Strong hospitality background is plus, ideally within entertainment venues, lifestyle experiences, F&B concepts, festivals, or cultural events
- Proven project management experience with end‑to‑end ownership of event planning and execution
- Demonstrated expertise in logistics‑heavy and operationally complex environments
- Experience working on events involving partnerships, sponsorships, or brand collaborations
