• Relocation Requirement: The selected candidate will be expected to relocate to Dubai and work onsite for a minimum of 2-3 years after joining the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project life cycle, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closeout, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
• Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and resolve issues promptly to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare project budgets, timelines, and reports for senior management to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Oversee procurement processes and vendor management to ensure contracts are managed effectively and vendors meet project requirements.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Proficiency in project management software, including:

• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software, including:
