ProgramManager (PMO) – Corporate DNA Consulting (CDNA)

Location: Singapore/ Dubai/ Remote

Experience: 3–8 years

Corporate DNA Consulting (CDNA) is a global Leadership Development and Culture transformation consultancy delivering high-impact programmes across APAC, the Middle East, and Europe. We are hiring a Project Manager (PMO) to drive operational excellence and end-to-end programme delivery for our clients.

About the Role

You will be the engine of programme delivery, managing structure, governance, timelines, and communication. You will work directly with Client Directors and senior stakeholders to ensure every engagement is organised, compliant, and of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day programme delivery and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain strong project governance through trackers, dashboards, risk logs, and SOW or ASOW compliance.
  • Prepare, quality-check, and manage programme slide decks, playbooks, client materials, and post-workshop documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics, resourcing, and project meeting cadences across internal teams, facilitators, and associates.
  • Act as the main client contact during delivery, providing updates, managing expectations, and escalating issues early.
  • Support Client Directors with programme narratives, meeting readiness, and milestone playbacks.
  • Oversee associate onboarding, compliance documentation, and alignment with Finance for ASOWs and invoicing.
  • Provide weekly delivery reports and ensure alignment across Operations, Finance, and Design.
Skills and Experience
  • 3 to 8 years of project or programme management experience, ideally within consulting or professional services.
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and governance capability.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple workstreams.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools and collaboration platforms such as Teams and Monday.com
  • Comfortable using next-generation AI tools for document preparation, analysis, and workflow optimisation.
