Sr Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track project progress to ensure alignment with the approved schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress, compliance with design specifications, and safety protocols.
• Identify, address, and resolve any issues or delays promptly to minimize project disruption.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates directly to the Owners.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and site reports.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders.
• Oversee resource allocation and optimize manpower to meet project deadlines.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
