About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager with proven expertise in delivering large-scale, high-end hotel and resort projects across the Middle East, particularly within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have successfully managed projects for global hospitality brands such as Marriott, Four Seasons, Hilton, Accor, or similar tier-one operators.

The Project Manager will serve as the critical link between our clients, consultants, and in-house delivery teams—ensuring flawless execution under tight deadlines and complex conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for hospitality and luxury resort developments, from mobilization to handover.
• Translate client and operator brand standards into practical execution strategies, ensuring alignment at every stage.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams (internal staff, subcontractors, consultants) with a strong balance of authority and collaboration.
• Oversee detailed project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and reporting, with strict adherence to financial and quality KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, HSE standards, and international hospitality operator specifications.
• Anticipate project risks and implement proactive solutions to safeguard delivery timelines and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining professional polish while ensuring expectations are exceeded.
• Drive on-site performance, ensuring that all trades deliver to the highest craftsmanship and within the agreed timeline.

Requirements

• 8–10 years’ experience managing large-scale interior fit-out or turnkey construction projects in the UAE (candidate to be chosen from this experience bracket).
• Demonstrated portfolio of 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or branded residences delivered on time and to international standards.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operator requirements (Marriott, Four Seasons, Accor, Hilton, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage budgets in excess of AED 50M+ with commercial accountability.
• Exceptional command of project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.) and reporting systems.
• Excellent leadership skills: able to command respect on-site while maintaining the diplomacy required for client-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
