Overview

Project Engineers & Site Engineers — Tier One Fit-Out Contractor, Western Management Based in Dubai.

A leading Tier One, Western-managed fit-out contractor in Dubai is seeking experienced Project Engineers and Site Engineers to join its growing delivery team. They specialise in high-end commercial, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use fit-out projects across the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a structured, professional environment delivering prestigious projects to international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fit-out works on site
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure quality, safety, and programme compliance
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Support project schedules, progress reporting, and snagging/handovers
• Ensure works are carried out in line with HSE and QA/QC requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 3–7 years’ experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of finishes, MEP coordination, and site execution
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage
