Job summary

A leading project management firm in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee projects from sales intake through to completion. The successful candidate will have a BE/B-tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in industrial doors and docking systems. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with teams and clients, leading installation technicians, and ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial doors, docking systems, high speed door installation.
• Good knowledge of Auto-Cad drawings skills with the latest version.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English officially.

Responsibilities

• Acts as project manager for assigned projects from sales intake to completion.
• Coordinates with project teams and customers for project updates and quality checks.
• Leads a team of installation technicians across different Emirates.

Job description

Responsibilities

Acts as project manager of the respective projects assigned to them. All activities from Sales intake to delivery and project completion with close‑out documentation.

Studying the project scope, specification, drawings quotation in details.

Ordering the products and materials, follow‑up, updates delivery to customer.

Kick‑off meeting / Site visit and survey for shop drawings, customer information updating, clarification of scope with customer, site readiness, expected completion date of project from customer.

Professional coordination and communication with project teams, departments, customers, contractors, consultants, end‑users etc to reflect company’s global brand and image.

Provide inputs required to prepare shop drawings, review and submission, follow‑ups.

Check the site physically for the complete clearance, frame supports, finishes requirements from customer before mobilizing the installation team.

Quality checking and delivery.

HSE awareness and implementation at site.

Lead team of installation technicians, for the projects in different Emirates of UAE.

Export project coordination in the necessary cases.

Project documentation like Shop drawings, WIRs, MIRs, As‑built, O&M Manual, T&C reports, training to customer etc.

Reporting to Technical Manager/GM.

Qualifications

Good knowledge of Auto‑Cad drawings skills with latest version.

BE/B‑tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with UAE D/L, minimum 5 years of experience in the field of industrial doors, docking systems and high speed door installation and service.

Good MS office skills, ability to read, write, speak in English officially.
