Job Purpose:
Responsible to the Project Manager in managing the day-to-day progress of the projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the General Manager - Operations and support overall marine/project execution
- Coordinate with the TSI, OSI, HSQE and Crewing from Vessel Owners for ship handling, bunkering, and provision arrangement
- Update Client on the mobilization and demobilization of transportation spreads within the projects
- Coordinate the conduct of suitability surveys, on-hire surveys, off-hire surveys, bunker surveys with surveyors, clients, owners and yards
- Coordinate the closeout and submission of Client and MWS Punch list, etc
- Monitor and update client on the progress of vessel preparation (outfitting, punch list close-out, etc.)
- Monitor and transmit the Statement of Facts for the progress of the loadout/ voyages
- Prepare and transmit Project Daily Progress Report (DPR)
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Collating relevant certificates and insurances for projects
- Coordinate the billing information such as charter hire, on/ off hire statement report to internal financial billing department and procuring process executing from project back charging to external invoicing department upon Project Managers' requests/ clients' requirements
- Coordinate the preparation of vessels (inspections, crewing, punch list close out, etc..)
- Ensure documentation in designated database management and proper filling in accordance with document control system
- Produce fuel consumption spreadsheets, sailing and cargo schedules spreadsheets
- Liaise with Marine Agents, Marine Warranty Surveyors, Classification Society Surveyors and Client Representatives
- Maintain project drawing register
- Adhere to the company and Projects HSQE policies and practices
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- 5 years of working experience in operation / project roles
- Good understanding, knowledge and experience of offshore marine operations
- Knowledge of the requirements of common marine warranty surveys
- Sea going experience (preferable)
