Job summary

A leading engineering company in Sharjah is looking for an experienced Project Control Manager to lead the planning and control aspects of a Waste to Energy project. Responsibilities include developing project schedules, performing cost control and risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years in project controls, with experience in large-scale EPC projects. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls.
  • 5 years in a similar PMC or consultant role.
  • Experience in large-scale EPC and Waste to Energy projects preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and update integrated project schedules.
  • Perform cost estimation, control, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Conduct risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulation tools.
  • Prepare financial models and project control reports.
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cost estimation control forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Conduct risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulation tools.
  • Prepare financial models and project control reports.
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards and project execution requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in project controls or planning tools preferred.
Additional Information

Experience:
