Position Summary

Responsible for planning, preparing, scheduling, filing and other requests from field projects, clients, or other‑in‑house departments and other branch offices.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and organizing project plans
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure records are up to date
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support coordination efforts
  • Monitor project timelines and assist the team with task completion
  • Prepare basic reports and presentations as needed
  • Support budget tracking and manage expense documentation
  • Follow up on action items to help keep projects on schedule
