• Lead and manage production teams to meet daily weekly and monthly targets
• Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines
• Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for upper management
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
