Overview

Join a fast-paced MENA wide, IT distributor as a commercially driven Product Manager, leading high-impact B2C channels. The role covers Brands like Razer, Kaspersky and related technologies including video walls, professional displays, and conference room solutions.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned brands and categories, with focus on revenue growth and distribution share.
  • Define go-to-market strategies and pricing models aligned with regional demand.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform product positioning.

Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with product and vendor teams to implement channel programs and campaigns.
  • Ensure partner compliance with vendor requirements including certifications and reporting.
  • Support execution of vendor-led initiatives and product launches.

Channel & Partner Enablement

  • Develop and execute channel programs with distributors, resellers, and integrators.
  • Conduct partner onboarding, training, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive pipeline velocity through joint marketing and incentive campaigns.

Sales Support & Forecasting

  • Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales engagements and solution design.
  • Ensure precision in forecasting and CRM data to support agile decision-making and sales planning.
  • Assist in cost estimation and commercial negotiations for large-scale deployments.

Domain Expertise & Solutioning

  • Work closely with presales, marketing, and operations.
  • Provide input on product bundling.
  • Support internal teams with technical documentation and product training.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in product management, category ownership, or channel sales.
  • A commercially astute mindset with a bias for action and cross-functional leadership. Proven success in B2B or B2C environments – AV OR IT preferred.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel-based forecasting.
Preferred Attributes
  • Candidates with exposure to MENA channel dynamics, multilingual fluency, and hands-on experience with brands like Razer, Kaspersky and similar products will be prioritized.
