Overview
Join a fast-paced MENA wide, IT distributor as a commercially driven Product Manager, leading high-impact B2C channels. The role covers Brands like Razer, Kaspersky and related technologies including video walls, professional displays, and conference room solutions.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned brands and categories, with focus on revenue growth and distribution share.
- Define go-to-market strategies and pricing models aligned with regional demand.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform product positioning.
Vendor Management
- Collaborate with product and vendor teams to implement channel programs and campaigns.
- Ensure partner compliance with vendor requirements including certifications and reporting.
- Support execution of vendor-led initiatives and product launches.
Channel & Partner Enablement
- Develop and execute channel programs with distributors, resellers, and integrators.
- Conduct partner onboarding, training, and quarterly business reviews.
- Drive pipeline velocity through joint marketing and incentive campaigns.
Sales Support & Forecasting
- Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales engagements and solution design.
- Ensure precision in forecasting and CRM data to support agile decision-making and sales planning.
- Assist in cost estimation and commercial negotiations for large-scale deployments.
Domain Expertise & Solutioning
- Work closely with presales, marketing, and operations.
- Provide input on product bundling.
- Support internal teams with technical documentation and product training.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience in product management, category ownership, or channel sales.
- A commercially astute mindset with a bias for action and cross-functional leadership. Proven success in B2B or B2C environments – AV OR IT preferred.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel-based forecasting.
Preferred Attributes
- Candidates with exposure to MENA channel dynamics, multilingual fluency, and hands-on experience with brands like Razer, Kaspersky and similar products will be prioritized.
