Key Responsibilities
Product Coordination & Execution
- o Support product lifecycle activities including launches updates and phase-outs.
- o Assist in preparing go-to-market materials pricing sheets and product documentation.
- o Track product performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
Vendor Liaison & Support
- o Coordinate with vendors on inventory updates promotional calendars and compliance reporting.
- o Assist in organizing vendor meetings product demos and training sessions.
- o Maintain documentation for vendor programs and ensure timely submissions.
Channel Enablement & Partner Support
- o Facilitate onboarding and training for resellers integrators and channel partners.
- o Support execution of channel programs incentive campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- o Assist in preparing materials for quarterly business reviews and partner meetings.
Sales & Operations Support
- o Collaborate with sales teams to provide product specs datasheets and solution bundles.
- o Maintain accurate CRM entries and assist in forecasting and stock planning.
- o Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for order processing and pricing validation.
Technical Familiarity & Market Awareness
- o Stay informed on AV/VC technologies including UC devices display formats and integration trends.
- o Monitor competitor offerings and assist in benchmarking exercises.
- o Provide basic technical support and documentation for internal teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in product coordination channel support or vendor operations.
- Exposure to AV/IT products or distribution environments preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel CRM tools and presentation software.
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with MENA channel dynamics and vendor ecosystems.
- Experience supporting brands like Samsung Logitech or similar products.
- Multilingual fluency and strong interpersonal communication.
