About the role

Role: Permanent

Adecco is hiring a Procurement Manager - Audio and Visual Products for our prestigious client in Dubai.

Responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing the acquisition of AV equipment and related services for an organization.

What you’ll be doing

Sourcing and Procurement

Identifying and evaluating potential vendors, managing requests for proposals (RFPs), negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of AV equipment.

Vendor Management

Building and maintaining strong relationships with AV suppliers, monitoring their performance, and ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Budget Management

Assisting in budget planning for AV procurement, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, and tracking expenses related to AV equipment and services.

Asset Management

Maintaining an accurate inventory of AV equipment, managing its lifecycle, and ensuring proper utilization and maintenance.

Contract Management

Negotiating favorable contract terms with vendors, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and managing contract expirations.

Support and Reporting

Tracking product support, warranties, and maintenance agreements for AV equipment, ensuring accurate asset information is recorded in relevant systems.

About you

• 10-15 Years of experience in IT Distribution Company especially for Audio and Visual Equipment.
• Experience with Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse.
• Understanding of AV technologies, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with suppliers and ensuring their performance meets requirements.
