Job summary

A prominent procurement firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced procurement professional. You will negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, and handle office logistics. The ideal candidate should be an Emirati national with a bachelor's degree in business administration and at least 13 years of experience in procurement. Strong MS Office skills and ERP experience (Odoo preferred) are essential for success in this role.

  • 13 years experience in procurement and/or administration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for pricing and quality.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders and supplier records.
  • Coordinate deliveries and inventory requirements.
  • Handle office supplies and service providers.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses and contracts.
  • Support HR with travel and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain documentation for procurement and administration.
