Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize key steelmaking processes (EAF, BOF, casting, rolling, etc.)
• Monitor production KPIs to maximize throughput, reduce downtime, and ensure consistent quality
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in maintenance, quality, and safety.
• Troubleshoot real-time technical issues and implement long‑term process enhancements.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

Hands‑on experience in a steel plant or heavy manufacturing environment.
