• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or similar qualifications.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is highly preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a private healthcare setting is preferred.
