This role reports directly to the Head of Global Key Client Management and works closely with the Middle East Wealth Management leadership, the Global Vice Chair, Global Events team, and other cross-functional partners. Collaboration and stakeholder management are essential, requiring clear communication and a solution-oriented approach.
The WM Key Client Management role based in Dubai is a pivotal position responsible for executing and supporting the Wealth Management (WM) Global Key Client Management strategy within the Middle East to support WM’s growth ambitions in the region. The role reports directly to the Head of Global Key Client Management and serves as a critical link between local market initiatives and global priorities. This position requires a proactive, organised, and client-focused professional with a strong understanding of UHNW client needs, the region’s business landscape, and an ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.

Your key responsibilities
1. Key Client Management
- Implement the WM Global Key Client Management strategy across the Middle East, including managing the key client and prospect list, running internal key client and prospect reviews, and driving agreed follow-ups, supporting RMs on key client business and relationship development activities, facilitating client prioritisation etc.
- Support the development and execution of select Global Key Client initiatives/projects e.g. coordinating key client nominations for global flagship events, developing and rolling‑out new key client value propositions, managing projects to develop solutions for compliant information sharing
- Managing senior stakeholders and facilitating coordination on Global Key Clients and Prospects between the Global Vice Chair, Middle East management and coverage teams and the Global Key Client Management team. Track Middle East Key Client and Prospect management activities and KPIs, develop reporting to drive progress including actionable insights
2. Global Vice Chair Support
- Support preparation for client and prospect meetings and events, including client nominations and client briefings for Management Board (MB) members
- Support follow‑ups from client and prospect meetings
- Support prospect conversion through prospecting activity tracking and facilitating coordination between the Global Vice Chair and Global Coverage teams
3. Global Flagship Events
- Support the Global Events team in planning and executing flagship events relevant to the Middle East region including providing input on agendas, managing nominations, and onsite support during events
Your skills and experience
- 10+ year’s work experience in Key Client Management, COO, or a related field within Wealth Management or Investment Banking, including international experience in a global financial centre
- Strong knowledge of UHNW individual Wealth Management solutions, with expertise in at least one area e.g. financing, investment solutions, Investment Banking or Corporate Banking
- Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering results and enhancing client satisfaction
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with the Middle Eastern business landscape and cultural nuances is highly advantageous
- University degree or above
